Beginner Mining Bootcamp

Who it is for

Newcomers who can follow basic computer setup, have access to a dedicated power circuit or a clear plan to get one, and prefer guided practice over trial-and-error at home. We welcome learners from across Gangwon and visitors willing to travel to Hongcheon for the live blocks.

Result you work toward

By the final session you can secure a wallet for mining payouts, place and cable a single training-class machine safely, join a pool with correct worker naming, and complete a seven-day operations log with temperature and kWh notes.

Scope included

Four 2.5-hour live sessions, printed checklists, shared training rigs, pool sandbox accounts, and a first-month template. One private 30-minute follow-up call within 14 days of completion.

Scope excluded

Hardware sales, hosting contracts, investment advice, and remote configuration of machines we cannot see. You supply your own wallet device if you want to practice on personal gear.

Provider

Led by Web Aspen Path instructors at the Bukbang-myeon studio, with bilingual notes available in English and Korean.

Duration & delivery

Two weeks (sessions twice weekly) or an intensive weekend-plus-evening format when scheduled. In-person at 147-9,Busawonri,Bukbang-myeon,Hongcheon-gun,Gangwon-do,Korea with optional remote observation for one session if seats allow.

Preparation

Bring government ID for studio access, a notebook, and any utility bill that shows your available amperage. Complete a short pre-survey we email after registration.

Constraints

Maximum eight learners. Ages 19+. No mining of assets that require prohibited activity under Korean law is demonstrated. Noise and heat demos stay within studio limits.
