Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026. This policy applies to tuition and deposits for Web Aspen Path educational offerings: bootcamps, workshops, clinics, and mentoring.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees you have paid toward a confirmed seat. Informal website figures are not invoices; only paid amounts under a confirmation email or invoice are eligible.

Timeframe for cancellation by the learner

• Full refund of tuition and deposit if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the first scheduled session.
• 50% refund if you cancel between 13 and 7 days before the first session.
• No tuition refund within 6 days of the first session, except where required by mandatory Korean consumer law.

Partial refunds

If illness or documented emergency prevents attendance after a cohort begins, we may offer a partial credit toward a later cohort equal to unused sessions, less the cost of materials already printed for you. Credits expire after 12 months.

Non-refundable items

Custom-printed binders already produced for your name, third-party lab fees if any are listed on your invoice, and completed one-to-one mentoring calls are non-refundable.

Deposits

A 30% deposit holds your seat. Deposits follow the same cancellation schedule as tuition unless the invoice states a different hold policy for a private booking.

Rescheduling

You may request one free transfer to a later cohort if seats exist and you notify us at least 7 days before your original start. Additional transfers may incur an administrative fee of ₩40,000.

No-shows

Failure to attend without notice is treated as a cancellation within 6 days. Missed sessions are not retroactively refunded.

Work already started

Once a mentoring week or workshop has been delivered, that portion of the fee is earned. Remaining unused mentoring weeks may be refunded proportionally if cancelled under the schedules above.

Studio cancellations

If Web Aspen Path cancels a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a future date at no charge.

Refund process & method

Email info@webaspenpath.click with your full name, offering title, and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Processing times at banks may add several days.
